Now it has been found the recruitment and homing of circulating endothelial cells ( cecs ) or their progenitors ( ceps ) released from the bone marrow is very important in tumor angiogenesis . we detected the cecs and ceps in 64 pb ( peripheral blood ) of tumor patients . we found the amount of cecs and ceps is higher in tumor patients than normal controls 本项目应用流式细胞法对64例肿瘤患者及15例正常人，外周血中的循环血管内皮细胞( circulatingendothelialcell ， cec )以及骨髓来源的循环血管内皮前体细胞( circulalingendothelialprecursor ， cep )进行了检测，证实了外周血中cec / cep的存在，发现肿瘤患者cec / cep含量高于正常对照组，提示肿瘤患者体内存在血管内皮及其前体细胞的动员。
